Mountains of Rock and Sand fill the landscape of this adventure filled U.S. state.

Gardens for Gods, peaks above 14,000 feet, camping under stars, and Sasquatch sightings filled our Colorado travels.

It started in Colorado Springs with natural spring water, caves, and the Garden of the Gods. Then trudging to the top of High Dune at the front crest of Great Sand Dunes National Park after a night of camping. Many long days acclimating in Leadville, Colorado lead to climbing two local 14ers and tasting nearly every restaurant in the small mining town. Heading Northeast to Rocky Mountain National Park brought a successful summit of Longs Peak during my family reunion. Lastly, in the mile-high city, a trippy art exhibit, bottomless beers, and a rainy camping adventure with friends brought the trip to a close. Colorado is one of my favorite places, enjoy the beauty that I was able to capture.
